Essentials Package
The Essentials Package, is a simple approach to contracting, with all of the essentials taken care of for you, at a low cost of $1.65 per hour plus Public Liability/Professional Indemnity and Workers Compensation Insurance, capped at a total 3.0%. The Package Options Report will set out the applicable fees for you.
You will be employed by a payroll tax exempt company. You send us your timesheet, and we do all of the invoicing, superannuation and PAYG calculations. We initiate payment to you on the Tuesday before we anticipate receipt of funds from your agency.
Our team is available at any time during business hours to answer salary package related taxation queries, at no additional charge, and you have access to our extensive range of expertise articles via our secure website, EXNET. You are not locked into this service for a minimum period, and you are able to remain as an employee of the same company, even if you take on a different contract with another agency (this assists with finance applications)
Your salary packaging options include;

Rental property expenses allowance (better cashflow than a PAYG withholding variation),

Laptop, PDA, mobile phone handset packaging,
Qantas Club Subscription,
Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFHA).
The employer default superannuation fund is Colonial First State, and we have negotiated nil entry or exit fees, a reduction in ongoing fees, and Life Insurance of up to $1,000,000 without any medical underwriting being required. In our opinion, this is a huge benefit which is not available elsewhere in the industry.
A rebate is provided for your Tax Return preparation with Achieve, Corp. and this rebate is based on fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
